Closing in Westminster on 84th

Last year Mat & Jessica purchased a home from me. Once they accomplished that, they turned their attention to preparing Mat's condo for sale. After much sweat equity and some good choices, Mat's condo was ready for the market. We made sure we staged it so it would show like a model home. We checked out the rest of the market and positioned it properly for the top of the line condition of the condo. Within 8 days, Mat had accepted a good offer on his condo. Now Mat & Jessica can spend their weekends at their home instead of preparing the prior condo for sale.
