Need Main Floor Living

Bob had moved into an Active 55+ Senior Community (Verona) 2 year ago. He had a beautiful townhome with a best finishes and upgrades. But the master bedroom was on the 2nd floor. Now because of some medical challenges, an upstairs bedroom was no longer going to work for him. So unfortunately he decided to sell his beatuiful townhome in a community he loved. Because it was such a wonderful community in big demand, his home went Under Contract quickly. Now he's free to find a home that has main floor living.
