We're starting to see more listings. Active listings were up 22% to 8,030 homes currently on the market. During June, 5,420 homes sold and 7,220 homes went Under Contract. It seems like the amount of offers are not as numerous but we're talking about maybe 6 offers instead of 10 offers on low priced home.
