Renu's Excellent Adventure

Renu just graduated from college in Texas this past December and started her first post college job in the Denver area in January. She purchased a new built 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in Englewood. She waited for 7 long months while it was being built. One unexpected set back was a person driving a car had a medical emergency, drove off the road and into the new building's exterior staircase causing structural damage to the staircase. That's a new experience for the books. You just never know what's going to happen, but after a 3 week delay, the construction was completed. Now she has her beautiful first home, in a new city with a new job. Such exciting milestones.
