John & Pat Next Adventure

John & Pat have lived in the wonderful 55+ Active Senior Community in Verona in Highlands Ranch. They had a beautiful condo that was originally the model home for the community. They loved it, but they were anxious to get back to the Arizona area they loved and had previously lived. Their home sold quickly to a lucky couple. Then they turned their attention to finding a perfect next home in Arizona. Because of a Post Closing Occupancy Agreement, Pat & John were able to stay in their Highlands Ranch condo after closing and until they found and closed on their new Arizona home.
