John was disappointed that his home didn't sell in one day. It took 4 whole days to sell....
John loved his new Lennar ranch home that he purchased in 2019 in the Sierra Ridge development in Parker. Fabulous ranch floor plan, everything new, beautiful upgrades that he picked, large unfinished basement to store the treasures he had accumulated over 75 years. But the time had come for him to move to the same city where his daughter and her family lived in Wisconsin. After spending a few weeks preparing to sell his home, we listed it in April. Successful Open House on Saturday brought a neighbor and her mom looking for a ranch home so mom could be closer to her daughter and family. Within 4 days John's home was Under Contract for a price he was very pleased with. Now John lives closer to his daughter in Wisconsin and the new owner lives closer to her daughter in Sierra Ridge. Win/Win. Of all the homes John has sold in his lifetime, this was the smoothest sale he had experienced.
