Closing in Highlands Ranch on James
We would not have been able to purchase our home with out Vickie Hall. In a market of very low inventory when homes were on the market for a matter of days, she made the difference for us as first time homebuyers. Once we had decided on a home to make an offer on, which had been on the market for 2 days and had numerous showings. Vickie ushered us to her office. Never mind that it was 6pm on a Saturday night in March and the day before Easter! We were in the office for a couple of hours and she worked with the seller's agent to review and look at our offer. Having an awesome mortgage broker who was also available to discuss over a weekend evening helped immensely as well. Through her dilligence we were able to go under contract the following day, disappointing the other agents who waited to make an offer until Monday morning.
Before all of the above, Vickie took the time to work with us and review properties and helped guide us when deciding between townhomes and single family homes. It started with a simple inquiry to see a couple of homes that were promoted on her website and took us close to 5 months before we were ready to purchase, waiting for the school year to finish. She never pushed us to go any faster or slower than we needed. We always felt as if we were her only client, responded quickly and knew how to handle us during the closing process when it was all hitting the fan.
