Tammy and Adrian felt a call to urban living. They found a wonderful home in Washington Park within a few blocks to Washington Park and within walking distance to a local cafe. Plus a big bonus was that their new home was now only a 10 minute drive to their son's private school, After taking all the professional stager's advice, their home showed like a model. Even though it was during the slower winter showing months, their home was soon "Under Contract". Now they are happily in their Washington Park home, enjoying the shorter commute, walking to the local cafe and walking their dog in Washington Park.
