After 30 years of living in Cherry Creek Vista, Rick & Penny decided it was time for a change. Since they are partially retired and spending a lot of time at another home in Southern Colorado, they decided it was time to part with their well loved, maintained home. The inside, outside and yard was beautiful. After my stager, Carolyn, made some minor suggestions, their home was in "Show Home" condition.
Their home went "Under Contract" in less than 6 days for close to the listing price. The path to closing went smoothly.
Now they won't be doing the splits between Southern Colorado and Englewood and will be able to have more leisure time instead of so much time commuting back and forth.
