Description

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Iconic building in the heart of Downtown Littleton. This was one of the first buildings in old Littleton and was the J.D. Hill General store and post office. You can go to the City of Littleton website and read all about it's history. The building has a very strong track record of rental history. Lovingly maintained and restored by current long time owner. The unit just to the north can be purchased with this one as a portfolio or separate. You could not get better visibility in this location. It faces Santa Fe right at the fork in the Road of Littleton Blvd. Downtown Littleton is the hot spot right now. People park and walk all around to eat and shop. This is an excellent location for a business. This unit is currently vacant and easy to show.

In 1977 she moved to her husbands home town of Denver. They have three children - Kevin, Kristyn and Nicholas.

She graduated from Regis University in Denver with a BA in Business. She divorced in 1989 and married David in 1994 - gaining two stepdaughters, Suzanne and Erin.

She is the proud mother of 5 children - all productive, self sufficient and contributing citizens and grandmother of 8 grandchildren, so far...
