Everyone knows that home prices have been continually going up; but rents are also going up. A "new analysis found that one-bedroom rent in Denver went up on a month-by-month basis by a higher percentage than any other city in the country." Yikes. However, there were 4 cities in the Denver Metro area that have had small rent price decreases. They are Golden, Lonetree, Aurora & Parker.
