The last 4 years has been the strongest sellers' market in our lifetime. That has made things very difficult for buyers. But now we're seeing a ray of sunshine.
The number of Homes for Sale has increased to the highest level in 4 years; we're seeing an increase in the Days on the Market (DOM) and a slowdown in the rate of home appreciation. We currently have 8,228 homes for sale in the Denver metro area which is up 11.8% from last year.
Condo listings have increased 22% from this time last year. The most competitive price range for detached single family homes is $300,000 - $400,000 while the most competitive price range for condos/townhomes/duplexes is $200,000 - $300,000
