Not Buying a Home is Millennial's single biggest mistake

Self made millionaire, David Bach, tells Millennials that not prioritizing home ownership would be their single biggest mistake. He goes on to state that "...the average homeowner to this day is 38 times wealthier than a renter". He says that buying a home is "an escalator to wealth." But DON'T just buy any home to get into the market. He recommends that you crunch the numbers and don't spend more than 30% of your take home pay. Realize that your 1st home may not be your dream home. You may have to work your way up to your dream home.
