New Condo Legislation is a win for buyers

Good news for potential condo buyers. Buying a condo in the recent past has been difficult because of FHA financing restrictions. The Senate just passed a bill that takes aim at reducing the stumbling blocks for FHA condo financing. President Obama is expected to sign the legislation. The result of this bi-partisan legislation would be to allow more condo complexes to become eligible for FHA financing.
