**Photo from MarketWatch** So far in 2018 the 30-year-fixed has averaged 4.44%, up from 3.99% in 2017. Experts have expected rates to rise to 5.0% by the end of the year. But we're now experiencing a slight down tick in mortgage rates. Are buyers starting to rebel against the rapidly increasing home prices and increasing interest rates which prices them out of the market?
