According to Redfin, the three hottest neighborhoods in the metro Denver area are Green Mountain & Applewood in Lakewood and Regis neighborhood in north Denver.

Homes in the Green Mountain area have an average of sale-to-list price ratio of 99%. That means on average sellers accepted offers within 1% of their asking price. 22 percent of home in the Green Mountain area sold for MORE than their list price - which is probably reflective of a bidding war from multiple buyers interested in the same home.

Homes in the Applewood area have an average of sale-to-list price ratio of 97.3%. And 8 percent of the homes in the Applewood area sold for more than their asking price.

Third place for hottest neighborhood in the Denver metro area goes to the Regis neighborhood in north Denver. That area has a average sale-to-list price ratio of 100.4% and 54.8 percent sold over the list price. 54.8%%%%% - that means that over 50% of the homes listed for sale in that neighborhood sold for MORE than the asking price. WOW!
