February 2019 Denver Metro Real Estate Market Overview

In this February Denver Metro Real Estate Market Overview we continue to see an increase in homes for sale – 35% increase over the same month the prior year. That continues to be great news for buyers!

That means buyers have more homes to choose from and sellers are having to price their homes conservatively or expect to be on the market for awhile. The Average Sold Price is $454,050. The Average Days on the Market is now at 42 days.

We still do not have enough homes in the lower price range – under $350,000.
