Denver was the 4th hottest housing market in the nation

For the month of November, Denver was the 4th hottest market in the nation. The market normally slows down in the fall, but this year we're continuing to see fairly good demand. However, the sellers are not seeing the extreme multiple offers that characterized the market earlier this year. So there is a window open for buyers.
