The number of active listing in the Denver area market hits a record low for the month of October. Until we start seeing an increase in homes on the market, price appreciation will remain strong. Nationally the appreciation rate is 6.3, but Denver is experiencing annual appreciation of approximately 9.4% That makes it a great time to sell.
