We continue to have an increase in homes for sale. We've had a 20% increase in homes for sale in Sept 2018 (12,024) over Sept 2017. The Average Sold Price is up 6.7% from a year ago. The Average Days on the Market continues to go up - it's now 28 days. That means buyers have more homes to choose from.
The most in demand price range for Single Family Homes is $300,000 - $400,000 - for condos/townhomes/duplexes the most in demand price range is $200,000 - $300,000.
