Denver metro average rental & vacancy rate

Slightly good news for renters. The average Colorado multi-family vacancy rate has increased slightly from 4.9% in the 2nd quarter to 5.1% in the 3rd quarter. And the average Colorado multi-family rent has decreased slightly from $1,356 in the 2nd quarter to $1,346 in the 2nd quarter.

The numbers for the Denver metro area vacancy rate is 5.4% and for the average rent is $1,412.

The real estate market for buyers has also eased slightly.
