Denver area home prices rise again by 10.2 percent

Metro Denver home prices rose 10.2 percent in January according to the latest update of the S&P/Case-Shiller Home Price Indices. That is the 12th consecutive month of double digit annual price increases. Denver's home price appreciation is running nearly twice the national rate of 5.4%.
