Financial literacy starts at home. To manage your wealth in Cherry Creek Vista, you need to track three metrics:
- Net Equity Position: (Current Value - Mortgage Balance). This is your real wealth.
- LTV (Loan-to-Value): If you are below 80%, you can eliminate PMI (saving you money instantly).
- Refinance Strike Price: The specific interest rate where refinancing saves you $300/month.
