Harriet had lived in her home in Cherry Creek Vista for 50 years. It was perfect for them to raise a family in. Schools were the best in the state - Cherry Creek School District. She loved the location in the Denver Tech Center. But as she aged and after her husband died, her large 2 story home with a basement was too big, too much upkeep and too many steps. After exploring all her options, she decided a ranch home would meet her needs more than her two story home or a small room in an Independent Living community. But she wanted to stay in the same area that she was so familiar with. After looking at many options, we found the perfect home. A ranch style condo with a full basement that had just been remodeled and was a short distance away from her home for 50 years. She had to compete with several other offers, but she won the bidding war. She's now moved into her remodeled townhome, in the same area that she was very familiar with and with main floor living and couldn't be happier.
