R.E. Closing on Radcliff in Cherry Creek Schools

Sharon was starting a new chapter in her life. She wanted to buy her own home. We found a nice home that was 1/2 of a duplex. Because it was a duplex instead of a single family home, she was able to get more sq. feet for her dollars. And the common wall between the duplex was the garage so she didn't have the disadvantage of numerous connected neighbors like a townhome complex. She's a happy camper and anxious to start her new chapter in her own home.
