Home Sale in Highlands Ranch

Jim & Jennifer purchased their Highlands Ranch home from me 5 years ago. Now their daughter is off to college and they want to move to Arizona to be closer to both of their sets of parents. They did a great job getting their home ready for the market: painting outside, replace carpet in two bedrooms, fix the scratches on the floor. The first day of showings they received an offer that they accepted - substantially over their asking price. YAY!
