Tom & Kathy decided that they were done with Colorado winters and were ready to move to warmer climate in Florida. They had a beautiful 3 bedroom condo in a retirement community (Verona) which they loved. Everyone in their condo building had become very close over the years - they had all moved in when the building was built so they were reluctant to leave their friends behind. But the call of a new home in a warmer client became too strong to resist. Their realtor was able to get them a good price for their beautiful condo in a short time period. Before they knew it, they were heading down to their new home in Florida, eager to make new friends in their new neighborhood.
