Jason & Danielle were tired of renting and paying someone else's mortgage. Interest rates are low so they decided to take the plunge. They were pretty nervous about making such a big decision on such a large purchase. But I took them by the hand and stepped them thru the process. They had an excellent lender that helped them with a CHFA grant that paid a lot of their down payment and closing costs. So the money they had saved up would be able to be put towards improvements on their new home. So they are very happy to now be homeowners.
