Nate and Meleah are a newlywed young couple who grew up in Arvada. They wanted to buy their first home within a close distance to Arvada. They both had different tastes - Nate wanted a single family home. Meleah wanted top of the line upgrades in her home or townhome. After looking for several months, we found the perfect home for them up in Westminster - a beautifully updated single family home in an upscale neighborhood. They are both thrilled with their new home.
