Brad is a buyer in a definite Seller's Market. In order to be the successful buyer, we jumped on the property the 1st day it was on the market. There were 16 showings the first two days. Brad was competing with 3 other offers. Vickie had some tricks up her sleeves to make Brad & Pat's offer the most attractive one. But winning the bid was not the last step. Lenders are reviewing loans with a fine tooth comb to prevent future defaults. It took much persistence on their part to keep providing the items the lender required in a timely manner.
