Michelle & Chris originally contacted me about finding a home in Cherry Creek Vista. They had a friend that suggested they check out the DTC, Cherry Creek School family neighborhood. Their search expanded to the nearby Sundance Hills neighborhood in Greenwood Village. Once they narrowed their search down to this great neighborhood, it was a matter of waiting for the right home to come on the market in their price range.
The right home ended up being a "Fannie Mae" home. It took a couple months to work through the process of buying a "bank owned" property, but the price was right.
Two months from now, they hope to be done remodeling it and have their dream home in their favorite neighborhood
