Now the fun begins! What are the features of a home that are most important to you? School District? Age of the home? Upgraded kitchen? 3 car garage? Neighborhood? Be willing to compromise on priorities that are lower on your priority list. For instance, you may need a 3 bedroom home, but would prefer a 4 bedroom home. If the home has all the other priorities, could you live with a three bedroom home?
