Denver Metro Real Estate Market Overview for May

We contine to have an increase in homes for sale. We've had an 11% increase in homes for sale in May 2018 (8,625) over May 2017. The Average Sold Price is up 9.6% from a year ago. The Average Sold Price is up just a little bit in May ($475,605) from April ($473,956).

The Average Days on the Market (23) is down just one day from 24 days in April. Homes under $400,000 or so are still being snatched up much sooner than 23 days - it's not unusual for a home like that to receive multiple offers in the first 3 days on the market.

A great agent can help you position your offer so you have an increased chance of being the winning bid.
