Breather From Escalating Mortgage Interest Rates

Freddie Mac reports that mortgage interest rates are stablizing. As of June 28th 30 year fixed mortgage rates have decreased 4 in the past 5 weeks to 4.55%
Industry experts are expecting to see 30 year fixed mortgage rates at 5.0% by the end of 2018. So this is a welcome breather.
