4.5% mortgage interest rates in 2018?

Three major real estate giants are predicting mortgage interest rates to increase past 4.5% during 2018. We have certainly been spoiled with such low mortgage interest rates for so long. But will that now become history? Mortgage Bankers Association predicts mortgage rates will increase to 4.6% in 2018, 5% in 2019 and 5.3% in 2020. National Association of Realtors (NAR) predicts that mortgage rates will end the year at 4.5%. And Realtor.com thinks mortgage rates will average 4.6% through out 2018 and rise to 5% by the end of 2018. What do you think will happen?
